At Tojto, returns are easy! We strive to offer the best shopping experience, including fast and hassle-free returns. Please contact Customer Service to process your return.

Do I need to send products all the way to China?

US customers can arrange a pickup by UPS at the specified address, European customers can return their products to our European warehouse.

The products are fine, but I changed my mind

Products with no quality-related issues can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. For details on the return policy, please choose the region where the order was delivered.

Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return. Returned items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.

Products with quality problems

We guarantee all of our products against material and workmanship defects within the warranty period. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Customer Service within the warranty period, we can offer you an exchange, repair service, or new components for replacement. We will be responsible for all shipping fees.
